Fresh Start is our New Believer’s Class here at Hope Point Church. When you say yes to God you begin life’s most satisfying adventure. As you start this adventure, here’s what God says to you:

Count yourself lucky, how happy you must be —

you get a fresh start, your slate’s wiped clean.

When you make a commitment of your life to Jesus, not only is your slate wiped clean, you also get a Fresh Start – a new lease on life.  This class is designed to help you have a good start to your fresh start.  During this 4 week class you’ll discover and begin to unwrap ten gifts that God gives you:

            Forgiveness – Accepting God’s Grace

            Relationship – Worshipping

            Encouragement – Handling Failure

            Scripture – Understanding God’s Word

            Help – Following God’s Guidance

            Shape – Being You

            Togetherness – Living in Community

            Authority – Serving Others

            Recognition – Being Baptized

            Testimony – Telling Your Story

This class will provide you with the basics to begin walking with God.  It is the primer for future study.  With the completion of the Fresh Start course you will be prepared to take other classes that will lead deeper in your Christian life. These classes are a part of our Life Development Class; CLASS 101 Discovering Partnership, CLASS 201 Discovering Maturity, CLASS 301 Discovering My S.H.A.P.E. and CLASS 401 Discovering My Life Mission. You will have increased confidence and understanding at each of your next level of study.
